TruckTechno Logistics LLC provides a digital marketplace connecting truck drivers, carriers, and shippers.

 

We are NOT:

 

- A trucking company

- A freight carrier

- A transportation broker acting as carrier

 

We only provide the platform.

 

2. User Eligibility

Drivers must:

 

- Hold valid CDL and legal driving authorization

- Comply with federal and state transportation laws

 

3. Load Matching

We facilitate connections between shippers and drivers. Final agreements are between users.

 

4. Payments

Payments may be processed through the platform or third-party providers.

 

We may charge service fees.

 

5. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers agree to:

 

- Maintain valid licenses and insurance

- Follow FMCSA regulations

- Deliver freight safely and legally

 

6. Shipper Responsibilities

Shippers must:

 

- Provide accurate shipment details

- Comply with applicable shipping laws

 

7. GPS Tracking

Live tracking may be required during active shipments.

 

8. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

 

- Cargo loss or damage

- Delivery delays

- Driver or shipper misconduct

- Road incidents or accidents

 

All responsibility lies between driver and shipper.

 

9. Disputes

Disputes are resolved between users; we may assist but are not liable.

 

10. Suspension

We may suspend accounts for fraud or violations.

 

11. Governing Law

12. Changes

We may update Terms at any time.
